Hello Karl, it's a female
Chrysomya albiceps.
It's a very common fly from Southern Europe, the Orient and Africa. Due to global warming it's heading northwards and arrived in my garden in Northern Bavaria in 2023 and is frequently visiting Euonymus and Hedera since then.
