Achyrolimonia neonebulosa?
Never seen this one, so just a bet. Not something classic from western Europe anyway

Never heard of it, but I see it has recently been discovered in my state.

How is Achyrolimonia distinguished from other Limonia sensu lato?

The wing pattern indeed looks similar and that species has been recorded in Austria.
The leg coloration looks different compared the only photo I could find, with a distal small light ring contrasting with the overall dark femur

I agree with you, but you specimen could be quite fresh. As said, I don't know the species, its variation either. You can try to contact Kolcsar, I gess he knows the species well (send me a private message to have his email).
Other Tipulid researcher fro eastern Europe could help also (it is appareatly not a rare species).
Best,
