This male probably has a long history behind him (see the wings, see the almost absent pruinosity).
I also note the reddish tibiae on all three legs, but the femora are black.
Does this ring a bell for some of you?

Looks like it possess (originally possessed) three pairs of postsutural dorsocentrals. I am rather for Anthomyiidae.
