Sandy dunes near Marina Romea, Ravenna, Italy, 2-VIII-2025.
Among various Hymenoptera Aculeata collected on Echinophora spinosa L. I've found this one: is it possible to identify the species?

Hi, could it be male of Physocephala pusilla (Meigen, 1824)?
Face yellow, all the wing with microtrichia, black stripe bordering the costa from base to all median part. Scutellum dark rufous,
