I have less doubt with this specimen, caught by Malaise trap in a National reserve (marsh) in Normandy (juillet 2013, Simon Gaudet Leg.).

Frons of bimaculata group. Black hairs on first tergites (not distinguenda)

Front femora with some black hairs.
Cercus very long (solstitialis excluded)
Subgenital plate with a nodge.
