Hi everyone!

I found this on a picture of Cordulegaster boltonii. Is it still so, that Forcipomyia paludis is the only Ceratopogonidae species parasitising on dragonfly wings in Europe, or are there meanwhile known others, too?

19.6.2025, Germany, Upper Bavaria, Kohlstatt near Bergen, northern slope of Mt. Hochfelln, about 800 m a.s.l., coordinates 47.77511,12.55511

I think Forcipomyia (Pterobosca) paludis is the only species of the subgenus in Europe.
