Hello,
This one is from French Guiana
Is a confirmation for
Acrosticta apicalis (Ulidiinae, Lipsanini tribe) seems possible here ?
Size is 4 mm long (small).

Acrosticta, indeed. The problem is that the widespread and commonest
A. apicalis (which has yellow fore femur), must have black fore basitarsus (here it looks to be yellow). I know it is difficult, but please a) check the fore basitarsus and b ) dry it slightly(not more than 10 min) from alcohol and take a picture of its frons sculpture. It can be a clue.

Thank you for your help. And really the commentary about the basitarsis is to take into account. Unfortunately, the specimen has vanished ! I have some pictures live of probably the same species.
