Legs are have different colourparts (femur - tibia)

No, but it is naturally to think that.
It is Campylochaeta praecox, our earliest Tachinid.
You elaborated the distinctive features quite nicely.
In the hand: the ocellars are reclinate, very unusual in Tachinidae.
(but invisible in these pictures).
So, you are better now ?

Thank you Theo,
does this fly parasite on gnats?
I'm still having a cold, I thought I went better but the flu isn't at it's end yet.
(Campyloch(a?)eta praecox must be Campylocheta I think)

Campylochaeta is in caterpillars.
I have explained my spelling on this forum before: I do correct obvious misspelliings by Rondani (most of the time) and others (less frequent). Feel free to follow my way, of feel free not to. The matter is scientifically completely irrelevant. You have proven to understand me perfectly !
