This smal Nematocera was found in a lighttrapp for butterflies on the 11th August 2024 just outside Stockholm, Sweden. Wing about 3-4 mm
Not sure where to start looking, is it possible to say what family it belongs to?

Many thanks John for pointing me in the right direction. It might be a Psectrotanypus varius that seems to be a common species here in Sweden
Best Regards Ole
