Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is it a Tephritidae?

Hello,

Here is a very small fly photographied last August within a marsh in Sherbrooke, Quebec (near Vermont). Several adults were presents during few days there...

Could it be Tephritidae flies??? Can we recognize the species/genus???

Feels more like an Ulidiid fly.

you can take off feels like... IT IS an Ulidiid fly! :D
