To make it more accessible, I place the whole text here:
Dear colleagues,

My compilation of checklist and keys to North European genera and species of Dolichopodidae is now formally published. I have prepared pdf file containing the book (1 MB). I am ready to send it by e-mail. I am very sorry that my Institute is not able to send paper copies abroad. If you wish to get paper copies for your institution library, please transfer me by any way some money for post service mainly: 20 Euro (or 25 USD) or equivalent in Roubles for one copy. Please ask me for details.

[Grichanov, I.Ya. 2006. A checklist and keys to North European genera and species of Dolichopodidae (Diptera). St.Petersburg: VIZR RAAS (Plant Protection News Suppl., ISSN 1815-3682): 120+1 pp.]
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Abstract.
A check list and keys to North European genera and species of Dolichopodidae are compiled. 393 species and 38 genera known in northern part of Europe are included, belonging to the nine sub-families. Following countries and regions are counted: Arkhangelsk Region; Denmark; Estonia; Finland; Iceland; Karelian Republic; Komi Republic; Latvia; Leningrad Region; Lithuania; Murmansk Region; Nenets Autonomous Region; Norway; Novgorod Region; Pskov Region; Sweden. Notes on global distribution of species are added. Introductory notes concerning systematic position and morphology of Dolichopodidae and new species records for some regions of Russia are given. Introductory notes concerning systematic position and morphology of Dolichopodidae are also given. Paper book can be ordered from author.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Everybody ordering a paper copy will get a gift, i.e., Doli Phototheque on CD laser disk, - free supplement to A checklist and keys to North European genera and species of Dolichopodidae (Diptera).
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Phototheque contains more than 2000 photos of Doli's imago for about 350 common and rare species. Their quality is more or less moderate, sometimes bad (sorry). Basic lay-out includes photos of habitus, antenna, wing, hypopygium and/or other male secondary sexual characters. A few photos of live flies are included; thanks to amateur entomologists who presented them for the Doli Homepage (Phototheque): http://www.doli.b....
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Regularly updated CD disk is available along with paper book only.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Best wishes,

Igor Grichanov
