I think your only real choice is P azurea. I can't see enough to really run it through the key (Rognes), but from what I can see, the other possible is extremely rare and the closest it has been recorded is Poland (once). I think Theo said in another post that 999 out of 1000 Protocalliphora you will see will be P azurea - or words to that effect (apologies if I am outrageously misquoting you Theo).
