Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae? May 2016 Netherlands: Phorocera obscura

I photographed this fly near Den Haag, Zuid-Holland on 11 May 2016. I think it is Tachinidae, I am thinking of Oswaldia. Is it possible to id this one?
