Using the RES's handbook, this one keys out as
Lispocephala pallipalpis.
However, the following character in couplet 11/14 wasn't too obvious in my specimen:
"Hind tibia with a number of setulae on apical half of anterior face which are longer, stronger and more erect than those on posterior face."
I can see from previous posts on the forum that other records of pallipalpis with unmodified t3 have been made.
However, the fifth segment of all tarsi are all dark, which should exclude
alma and
falcuata. As
pallipalpis have few records from Norway,
a second opinion nevertheless would be much appreciated.

The specimen was collected:
Date: 4th of March
Location: Bergen, Norway
Habitat: Found on a concrete wall nearby a broadleaf forest

Hello
More photo needed
1. scutellum
2. tibia 2 side view to show a and p sides
3. leg 1 tarsomeres - clear view
4. tibia 3 setulae on a and p sides, side view for comparison

From the British Key
Tarsomere 5 leg 1 dorsal side - basal 1/3rd not white so not alma, (2) basal 1/3rd not concolorous with previous tarsomeres x falculata
therefore pallipalpis
tarsomere 5 leg 1 looks dusted so you will need to check to be sure
I can't tell from the photo of tibia 3
Check that
tibia 3 with setulae on apical ½ of anterior side longer and stronger than those on the posterior side
If this is the case can you pop a photo on showing the difference for future reference?
= pallipalpis

Ok, the difference seems more obvious now from the different sides of tibia 3. Tarsomeres also seem ok, so pallipalpis it should be then.
Thank you so much for your help and confirmation!
Best regards
