Such a beauty! Limoniidae,
Gymnastes (Gymnastes) shirakii (Alexander, 1920)
P.S. Don't trust Google too much - many images labelled as
shirakii (with yellow bases of femora and naked, shining vertex) are actually
ornatipennis
