Hi,

Center of France, dec. 2014, 4-5 mm, on Bamboo leaf near a pond.
Could it be a Cordyla species (male) ?

Based on wing venation I would say Phronia. The antennae are too long for Cordyla, too. Did you collect the specimen?

Yes, the fork in Cu is rather short.

I would say Exechia dorsalis, male.
In comparison with the common Exechia fusca, it has a single light triangular spot on the side of the abdomen and somewhat lighter margins of mesonotum.
