Is it possible to tell genus and spieces of this female?

Calliphoridae, probably
Lucilia. Muscidae that may be confused with Calliphoridae normally have fewer than 2 postsutural acrostichals.

and the parafrontals ( fronto-orbital plates, if you like) are green in metallic Muscidae.
