Hello,

25.09.2016, Oslo/Norway, rocky fjord coast, edge of light pine tree forest. Size: 5 -7 mm, estimated.

In spite of the prominent underside of the abdomen, both in pattern and color, I could find no match – most images on the web are dorsal/lateral views anyway.
In another forum it was suggested that the fly might belong to the genus Fannia. . .is that confirmable?

Any help of identification would be very much appreciated.
