I found the fly on 22.05.2016 in Hessen, Germany, wayside.

Tephritis dilacerata Lw.: see the large hyaline areas alied to the first crossvein (r-m); they are absent in bardanae and formosa, so the brown pattern remains unbroken.

Please add the photos to the gallery. It is important for further IDs.
