Without seeing the hind leg, I can decide if it is a
Phaonia of the
rufiventris group or
Mydaea maculiventris.

It's okay Rami ;
please see the orange anterior part of the frons, and the hind tibia bears 2 strong pairs of posterodorsal setae, 2 things very rare in Muscidae.
Just a tip. ;)
