Hello,
Discolobola found this week in french Jura, in medium mountain forest:

Possible to determine the species between D.annulata and D.caesarea from this photo ?

I'd say it looks more like Discobola annulata... If you compare the wing pattern in the Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World (http://ccw.natura...) the dark spots on the D. caesarea wing look a bit different.
