I'm not sure, but could this be some Anthomyiidae sp? Found in: D, Hessen., Gießen, park area, 165 msm, 2014-08-02.

Female Anthomyiidae sp. Might be a Delia sp or Botanophila, but no diagnostic characters are visible so impossible to say more.
