Could it be Phyto??. Edge of pinewood. May 15.

THe wing definitely agrees with Phyto. From the rest of the fly, I would have never guessed it. Maybe this is caused by the position: abdomen bent down.
And the head profile of Phyto is generally very characteristic, but we cannot see it.

So, yes, might very well be Phyto, but if you just might have second shot ....

there was no chance to make another shot...It was a nervous and fast fly.

But, being sure that is a Rhinophoridae, in Spain, an with those wings, can only be Phyto, right?

You are right.
It looks more like a dwarf Onesia or possibly Pollenia in general.
However, the calypter is definitely Rhinophorish.

THere are weird Onesia's and so, but I don't think any with such calypter.
