I admit, I was wondering it it might be a tachinid ... but I can't think of one that matches those characters: protruding mouth edge, bare eyes & arista, triangle of bristles on the humeral callus, hairy/bristly face, very bristly mouth edge, relatively short antennae etc. But then I might be being deceived by the lack of scale (no indication of size anywhere) and the lack of a good dorsal photo showing the abdomenal & scutellar bristles. The lower photo doesn't help much either because the depth of focus is very shallow and it appears to contradict some of the things in the upper photo ... very confusing so I can't give any ID, sorry. It might help if there were more photos with better depth of focus, taken from a little further away.
