ANy change we can get a better look on the tibiae ?
They are black, are they not ?

The tibiae are really very dark.
However, based on the wing and abdominal pattern, this clearly is the male of Ch. relictus (and not divaricatus).
Hence, the tibiae really should be partly reddish. The hind tibia in the last picture seems to agree....
