Vladimir is it your region considered South Russia? If it isn't there's no dubt it is P. pusilla, otherwise, theorically, there's a chance it could be P. girschneri (to distinguish the two species you should check VII sternite zooming it)

Valerio, our region is not the South. This is a subzone of the southern taiga. I do not speak English and did not quite understand the translation of Your message. That is, if we do not belong to the southern regions, it could also be P. girschneri? Fly I don't collect, only take pictures and all that I have shown. Fly really very small and sitting on pine needles.
