Difficult to say... To exclude Rhinophora lepida (Rhinophoridae) we need a better picture of the wing venation. Given that there is no petiole on the median vein (which would exclude the former), we have to think of Tachinidae: Phania funesta that, however, should have no silvery dusting on the abdomen, and Gastrolepta anthracina with a sharp angle in the median vein, which is recognizable. Theo should have the last word... (Change the title to attract him!)
