is it possible to ID this fly, we got 2 fotos,
found in Germany, Northrhein-Westfalia, Herten, 28. 6. 2016

Difficult to say... To exclude
Rhinophora lepida (Rhinophoridae) we need a better picture of the wing venation. Given that there is no petiole on the median vein (which would exclude the former), we have to think of Tachinidae:
Phania funesta that, however, should have no silvery dusting on the abdomen, and
Gastrolepta anthracina with a sharp angle in the median vein, which is recognizable. Theo should have the last word... (Change the title to attract him!)

I am inconclusive.
It could very well be a dark female Thelaira, but 'could be'. is not an identification.

Hello Theo,
with this two poor fotos it was a try to get a name for this fly,
and it is for us no problem if it is not possible,
so the best we can do is Tachinidae sp.
