Kelsey's key (1969) is only moderately helpful als it provides a rather crude key to the species and that does not include several more recently described species. It is Obvious that the wings are not entirely hyaline but have some darkening on the anterior half and along the posterior margin. Does this lead one to 'wings hyaline' or to 'wings brown'? Anyway, some characters are not visible, but there is a median groove on the frons. This fits with lesinensis (only known from Austria) but that should have the halter nob creamy below (that fits) and red-brown above (impossible to confirm from these images but it lookis as if there might be a darker part on it). Would you care to send the specimen?
