Yes, it is
Sphaerophoria sp. male, but we can't go to the species without genitalia !

Hello Valentin, my apologies for not have mentioned:
found on 11th off june 2016 in our garden, Temse, Belgium.
It passed by very quickly, so only 1 image available, and I have not seen it afterwards anymore.
