Dear Alandy, it can be cuspidata, but I cannot tell with certainty that it is not U. solstitialis: the only characters are either the host plant or the very tip of the ovipositor (under high magnification). As the fore femur has a dark vitta, it is CERTAINLY NO jaceana.
