Unless I'm getting the wrong photo on my laptop :S this appears to be Urophora sp maybe jaceana (female). [Tephritidae] According to Google search Sitticus pubescens is a Jumping Spider..I've zoomed in on this photo...can't find one of those...anywhere. ;)
