I saw this specimen feeding on Thapsia plant on 20th of May, North of Huelva Province, Spain, 420 masl, It could be Cylindromya bicolor?

The Cylindromyia bicolor in the gallery have more discal bristles than your fly.

Still, there is only one Cylindromyia with redtipped abdomen.

If you are referring to the discal setae, it looks as if those on tergite 3 are broken off...


Anyway, it is bicolor.
