Switzerland, Trübbach, SG, 480m NN, 25.05.16, Banks of the river Rhine.

It resembles Melanomya nana (Calliohoridae), but I am not an expert!

Phania funesta was much better !

( I cannot exclude all other Phania, but funesta is very likely)
