You angle of view is almost perfect because one can see the dorsal as the pleural chaetotaxy (and the most important part of legs one too), but unfortunately, Helina is a difficult genus to Id even with good pictures because small details are often needed. For this particular case, I would have needed to see the hind femur chaetotaxy (ventral part). Helina can also have small setulae on ventral side of radial node and/or under the scutellum, such things are not visible on pictures.
