Northern Germany, Schenefeld near Hamburg, earthwork between a street and an area of a treenursery, grown over with uncultivated plants and trees, Outsidefotos: kuv, 16th of May 2015. Is my idea - after looking to the Diptera Gallery - ok? Please help for ID.

probably male Mydaea corni - British key

a good view of femur 1 basal part and femur 3 with av setae would help further

Thank you very much oceanlis2000, I checked my pictures for femur 1 and 3 but I only can put an enlargement of picture 2 -hoping this will clear the ID.
