Was seeing last morning in a meadow near a stream, in North of Huelva province in Andalusia, 425 masl.

The wings are transparent, that is very odd.

And could you tell from the hires whether thebeyes are hairy or bare ?

Probably is an young specimen, flied very slowly. Sorry this is the only image I have, I couldn't take more photos.

I agree the antenna would make this Dasyrhamphis. THe wings are very weird, though, and the subcallus seeems dusted (?). Besides ater, also anthracinus is an option. With this one shot of an aberrant or immature specimen, I could not tell you more.
