Libnotes (s.str.) of
punctatinervis/neopleuralis/palaeta group - a better view of venation might help.

Not much better, alas. Scutellum pale; if tip of R1+2 not longer than R2 (not clearly visible) it runs to
praelata (although in de Mejere's description (as
punctipennis) antennae are brown-black with pedicel and scape yellow, both rostrum and palpi yellow, too, (incl. Senior-White's decription as
distincta) which is apparently not the case); if tip of R1+2 much longer than R2 it runs to
punctatinervis (although upper pleural stripe is better defined).
