It could be, but it is female and you can not be sure.....

It is possible if males are present...... there are several very similar species and of some of them the distribution is poorly known.... like T. strandi and T. micans. They are not known from Spain yet....: )

Very near the site of this photo I've seen frequently males T. pyragra although I think there could be more Tolmerus species in the area.
