Absolutely there are no thoughts?
Maybe another picture will help?

I think the problem is this fly has a combination of characters that are common individually in Tachinidae, but I have never heard of appearing in combination: (1) last section of vein Cu nearly as long as preceding, (2) strong preapical dorsal bristles on scutellum, (3) vein M with obtuse bend, (4) strong prealar, (5) eyes haired, (6) facial ridge strongly bristled. If you take 1 and 2 alone you get Voriini, which never have 4 (and rarely 5). Combine 1, 5, and 6 and you get
Stomatomyia, which does not have 2, 3, or 4.

So, in summary: VERY interesting but hopeless without specimen.
Could be even something new.
