a tiny little fly from Cameroon. Shaeroceridae maybe ?

Would be my idea if you see the small and thickened hind metatarsus (which I fail to do in the photo).

The wing belongs to Limosininae. Compare
Poecilosomella. The rest of the fly is unfamiliar to me.
