Galicia (Spain), 09/12/2015, garden.
Could be a Greenomyia mongolica (male)? Thanks.

Probably. The species from the Canary Islands (supposedly endimic) has all coxae (largely) pale in contract to mongolica which has darkened mid and hind coxae.
