Hello,
Photo taken in Pontevedra (NW Iberian Peninsula) on 24/10/2015, in a garden. I think is a Phaonia valida (female). It is correct?

Excellent ID Luis. We can see the orange pilosity on the lower part of occiput, and the slight apical curvature of vein M.
