A small bristly fly with bristles along the edges of the wings. A tachinid maybe?

c 8mm, woodland clearing, Gloucestershire, UK, 10.9.15

Many thanks for the suggestion. S. geniculata and S. cristata seem to be the commonest UK species, reported from this area.
