Indeed it has a Chirosia look, but mostly the orbitals are strong in Chirosia (male) and seems to be absent on this fly....also there seems to be an av seta on the midtibia....which Chirosia species don't have.
But...always difficult to say anything with those little one's and with only one photo :)
