According to the chaetotaxy, it is L. cervi. Another species to be considered, L. fortisetosa, has distinctly fewer bristles (e.g., max. 5 acrostichals, 3-4 transversal laterocentrals, 2 postalars).

And fortisetosa can be found much earlier in the year, from end of June onwards. So any Lipoptena before August 15th is most suspicious !
