Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is it possible to ID to sp.? Does it belong to the family Bibionidae?

I'm glad it has been confirmed as Bibio spp.
A colleague had said it was from the Asilidae family. Although, I was doubtful even though I'm terrible at ID.

I did use a purposely self-build white box and flashes. I'm just not very good (for now).
