Athyroglossa is an option, though the fly does not show the typical posture (very long forelegs pointing forward, see http://diptera.in...pid=124119), and the particular outline of the head in side view is not visible. Here http://www.dipter...d_id=54751 I summarize the characters of A. glabra. The arista is not well seen, but the scutellum seems to be flat, so the species should be OK.
