Athyroglossa is an option, though the fly does not show the typical posture (very long forelegs pointing forward, see
http://diptera.in...pid=124119), and the particular outline of the head in side view is not visible. Here

A. glabra. The arista is not well seen, but the scutellum seems to be flat, so the species should be OK.
