Merci Atylotus

You know that as we have to collect water samples in 8 places if a place in a stream
we need to move and shake aquatic plants, phragmites and bryophits we often find non-aquatic organisms from plant debris such as slugs, ladybugs, a.s.o.
I have been told that they are some CECIDOMYIIDA : PORRICONDYLINAE
living in such as aquatic biocoenosis... (torrential stream France SW)

Regarding the organism found in this pupa, could we ID better ?
Or we have to stop here by lack of features ?
SDS

MAYETIOLIA ?
