The Catalogue of the Craneflies of the World (http://ccw.natura...) by Pjotr Oosterbroek lists 139 Tipula species for Turkey, many of the without photographs. T. fulvipennis is well illustrated, however. Have a look at it - I think, it is another species. The pattern of wing spots does not match. Furthermore, your picture does not show the whole wing, and also the colouration of the abdomen is not visible.
